The controller for the new Nintendo system, the Revolution. Using motion sensitive technology, it tracks your every move. Think of it as a light-gun numchuck.

Nintendo unveiled their Nintendo Revolution controller at TGS 2005 in early September. Is it a revolution? No. Is it unique? Yes. The controller (See sidebar) is a remote control with lightgun technology. The controller is also reversible. An analog stick can be added on for first person shooters or so. Maybe this WILL turn out to be revolutionary.

At TGS 2005, an 11 minute trailer was shown for "Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots". In it, Snake is much older, and is taking place in a war that is...unknown right now. A few questions besides that have been raised. What disease is Snake suffering from? How did he get is cool mech eye? Will this be a PS3 launch title? Hopefully, these questions will be answered soon. Pleeeeeeease, Mr. Kojiima.

Coca-Cola announced that it will be expanding Vault, a ressurection of the awesome SURGE, to new markets in late 2005. Whether it's a national release is not known, but television commericals are currently being filmed for the national release.

Game of the Moment

Original Score: 9.2/10

"The NightMare Before Christmas: Oogie's Revenge" is a spooky hack-and-slash based on my favorite animated movie. You play as Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King, as he fights to bring down the henchmen of Halloween Town's most hated creep...Oogie Boogie. You'll use a variety of Halloween-themed weapons to bring Oogie's men to their stubby, bony knees. The gameplay is on par with Devil May Cry 3, though not as hard. You can pick up and play very easily. Yes, the score is a little biased because I love the movie, but this game is still one to remember.

Rated E10+ for Fantasy Violence and Mild Language.
